2. Getting Started

2.1 Create Your Profile

RecruitAI builds recommendations based on your student's performance data. During setup, you'll be asked to map your account to your Junior Golf Scoreboard (JGS) profile. This provides RecruitAI with everything it needs to know — including tournament history, rankings, scoring differential and more. You may also provide additional information like accomplishments and highlights, which RecruitAI will use in all chat sessions going forward.

2.2 Add Secondary Users (If Included in Your Plan)

Academy and team plans allow additional logins such as:

  • Parents
  • Coaches
  • Recruiters
  • Academy directors

Your admin dashboard allows you to manage users and branding.

Coaches aren't responding.

The average response rate to an email for all coaches is about 25%. Be persistent and ask for tips about when and how to engage coaches to get that response. Don't give up after the first try!

My tournaments aren't recognized.
