By accessing or using the RecruitAI platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to individual users accessing the Service. Academy customers may also be subject to separate written agreements.
Zoned Labs may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
The Service provides data-driven recruiting analytics, benchmarking tools, and artificial intelligence-generated insights related to college golf recruiting.
The Service provides informational tools only. The Service does not constitute legal, recruiting, academic, or professional advice.
Zoned Labs does not guarantee admissions decisions, roster placement, scholarships, coach engagement, or recruiting outcomes. Users are solely responsible for decisions made in reliance on the Service.
The Service uses artificial intelligence and machine learning systems. Outputs are probabilistic in nature and may contain inaccuracies or omissions.
Users acknowledge that AI-generated content:
Users are responsible for maintaining account security and ensuring information submitted is accurate.
Users may not:
Users retain ownership of submitted data. Zoned Labs may process such data to provide and improve the Service and may use de-identified, aggregated data for analytics and AI model improvement.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ZONED LABS DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Except for Excluded Claims (defined below), Zoned Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost scholarships, lost admissions opportunities, or reputational harm.
Zoned Labs' total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
"Excluded Claims" include:
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in Massachusetts. Judgment on the award may be entered in Massachusetts courts. Users waive the right to trial by jury.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Zoned Labs may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
Sections relating to data rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, arbitration, and governing law survive termination.
